How the move works
A $1,500 one-time onboarding fee, paid before setup starts. Four steps.
We send the setup spreadsheets
One spreadsheet per area: presses, paper, services, customers, users and more. Each one comes with examples filled in.
Your team fills in their parts
Whoever knows each area takes that sheet. People work in parallel and send each one back when it’s done.
We import them and build your shop
Your presses, stocks, services, customers and users are set up from the sheets you sent.
We set it up with you
We set up your shop with you: services, machines, stock and pricing, and train your team.

Practical steps
Because open jobs and history stay behind, plan the changeover around new work.
- Export your customer list and price setup from the old system to fill in the setup spreadsheets.
- Pick a day to start new quotes in InfusePrint.
- Finish jobs already in progress in the old system.
- Keep the old system, or an export of it, for looking up past jobs.
- Put the production boards on the shop TVs so the floor sees new work from day one.
