Who we are
InfusePrint is print management software made by Can-Do Software LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the infuseprint.com website, and how we handle the data that print shops store in the InfusePrint service.
The short version: we collect very little on this website, a shop’s data belongs to that shop, and we don’t sell personal information.
Information we collect on this website
When you contact us
When you send the walkthrough form on our contact page, what you typed goes to our website host (Cloudflare, through Cloudflare Pages), which emails it to hello@infuseprint.com through Resend, our email delivery provider. It isn’t stored on the website. If the form can’t send, it offers to open your own email app with the message filled in instead. Either way, or if you email us directly, we receive what you choose to include: usually your name, shop name, email address, phone number, details about your presses and staff, and your message. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. The form’s spam protection is a hidden field and a timing check; it sets no cookies.
We use this information to reply to you, schedule and run a walkthrough, and follow up about InfusePrint if you asked us to. We don’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask.
Analytics, cookies and tracking
As of the effective date above, this website uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels and no cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts or fonts. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
Server logs
Like any website, the company that hosts this site (Cloudflare, through Cloudflare Pages) may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when you request them. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
Shop data in the InfusePrint service
Print shops that subscribe to InfusePrint (“shops”) use it to run their business. Their data includes their staff accounts, their customers’ names and contact details, quotes, jobs, proofs and approvals, shipping addresses, invoices and payment status.
- The shop owns its data. We process it on the shop’s behalf, as its service provider, under the shop’s Subscription Agreement with us. We use it only to provide, support, secure and improve the service for that shop.
- Hosted in the United States. The service and its data are hosted in the US on established cloud providers.
- Customer files stay in the shop’s own storage. Each shop connects its own cloud storage account (for example Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3). Customer artwork and other files are stored in that account, which the shop controls under its own agreement with its storage provider.
- Integrations are the shop’s choice. When a shop connects services such as Stripe (payments), QuickBooks Online (accounting) or UPS (shipping), we send those services only the data needed for the feature, and each handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
- AI connector is read-only and shop-controlled. If a shop connects an AI assistant through the InfusePrint connector, the assistant can read shop data the shop’s user asks about. It can’t change anything. What the AI provider does with that data is governed by the shop’s own agreement with that provider.
- Customers of shops. If you are a customer of a print shop that uses InfusePrint, the shop decides what information it collects about you and how it’s used. Please contact the shop with questions or requests. If they reach us, we’ll pass them on and help the shop respond.
Subprocessors
We use a small number of service providers (“subprocessors”) to run InfusePrint. They may process shop data only to provide their service to us, under contracts that require them to protect it.
| Purpose | Provider | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Application hosting and database | Railway | United States |
| Transactional email delivery (proofs, tracker links, notifications) | Resend | United States |
| Authentication (staff sign-in) | Clerk | United States |
| Error monitoring | Sentry | United States |
| Backup storage | Cloudflare R2 | — |
| Business email (our own inbox) | Google Workspace | United States |
Payment processing (Stripe) and accounting sync (Intuit QuickBooks Online) run only when a shop connects its own account, as described above. We’ll update this list before adding a new subprocessor.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only:
- with the subprocessors listed above, to run the service;
- with services a shop chooses to connect, as directed by the shop;
- when the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or us;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the information stays subject to the promises in this policy; and
- with your consent.
Retention and deletion
- Website enquiries: we keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Shop data: we keep it while the shop’s subscription is active. After a shop cancels, we keep its data for 30 days so the shop can export it, then delete it from our live systems, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. A shop can ask us to delete its data sooner.
- Backups: deleted data is removed from our routine encrypted backups within 90 days.
- Disaster-recovery archives: we keep monthly encrypted archives for disaster recovery for up to 2 years, then delete them. They are used only to restore service after a serious failure.
Security
We protect information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, encrypted backups and limiting access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security. See our Security page for more detail. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we’ll notify affected shops and individuals as the law requires.
Children
InfusePrint is a business product. This website and the service are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may give you rights over your personal information. We extend these rights to everyone, wherever they live:
- Right to know: what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we share it with.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We also treat browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We don’t use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
- Non-discrimination: we won’t treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email hello@infuseprint.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We’ll verify your identity, usually by confirming details you’ve already given us, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized. If your request is about data a print shop holds about you in InfusePrint, we’ll refer it to that shop, which controls the data, and help it respond.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or service changes. We’ll post the new version here with a new date. If a change materially affects how we handle shop data, we’ll notify subscribing shops in advance.
