Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the infuseprint.com website (the “site”), operated by Can-Do Software LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Shops that subscribe to the InfusePrint service are covered by a separate Subscription Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with how it works. Good-faith security research under our disclosure policy is welcome;
- scrape, crawl or copy the site in a way that puts an unreasonable load on it, or for building a competing product;
- upload or send malware, spam or other harmful material through the site or to our contact address; or
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection with any person or business.
Information on this site
We try to keep the site accurate, but it is general information about InfusePrint, not a binding offer. Features, screenshots, prices and availability may change. Only a signed Subscription Agreement sets what a shop actually receives and pays.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, screenshots, videos and the InfusePrint name and logo, belong to Can-Do Software LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference. Please don’t otherwise copy, modify or republish the content without our written permission.
QuickBooks, Stripe, UPS, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named only to describe compatibility; InfusePrint is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
What you send us
When you email us or use the contact form, you’re responsible for what you send. Please don’t send confidential information we haven’t asked for. If you send us ideas or feedback about InfusePrint, we may use them without any obligation to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link isn’t an endorsement.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Can-Do Software LLC and its members, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain of these limits, so some may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
