How onboarding works

A $1,500 one-time fee, paid before setup starts. Four steps from sign-up to your shop.

  1. We send the setup spreadsheets

    One spreadsheet per area: presses, paper, services, customers, users and more. Each one comes with examples filled in.

  2. Your team fills in their parts

    Whoever knows each area takes that sheet. People work in parallel and send each one back when it’s done.

  3. We import them and build your shop

    Your presses, stocks, services, customers and users are set up from the sheets you sent.

  4. Short how-to videos for services

    Each video shows one part of setting up a service, for when you add or change one later.

Pricing FAQ

Are any features extra?

No. Every feature on the product tour is included in the monthly price, with no add-on modules.

Where are customer files stored? Do you charge for storage?

Each shop connects its own cloud storage account (e.g. Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3). Customer files live in your account, not ours, and we charge no per-file or storage fees. Any storage costs come from your provider, on your own account.

How do I see it?

Book a walkthrough: a live screen share of the real system, quoting the kind of work your shop runs, with time for the boards, the customer tracker, QuickBooks and the API.

Do you support web presses or wide format?

InfusePrint is made for sheetfed offset and digital cut-sheet work. Web (roll-fed) presses and wide format aren’t supported.

Is there a setup fee?

There’s a $1,500 one-time onboarding fee, paid before setup starts. We send setup spreadsheets, one per area (presses, paper, services, customers, users and more), each with examples. Your team fills in their parts in parallel, we import them and build your shop, and short how-to videos cover setting up services. After that it’s the monthly price, month to month.

Is there a contract?

No. It’s month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
