InfusePrint runs real print shops, so we take protecting shop data seriously. Here is what we do today, stated plainly.
What we do
- Encryption in transit. Connections to InfusePrint, its APIs and this website use HTTPS (TLS).
- Sign-in and permissions. Shop staff sign in through a dedicated authentication provider, and each user’s permissions control what they can see and change.
- Backups. Data is backed up nightly. Backups are encrypted and stored offsite, separate from the main hosting environment.
- Least privilege. Our own team and systems get only the access they need to do their job.
- Error monitoring. We monitor the application for errors so we can find and fix problems quickly.
- Read-only AI access. The AI connector can read shop data but can’t create, change or delete anything.
- Files in the shop’s own storage. Customer files live in each shop’s own cloud storage account, under the shop’s control.
Certifications
We are a small company and do not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other formal security certifications. If your shop has specific security requirements, ask us and we’ll answer them directly.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in InfusePrint or this website, please email hello@infuseprint.com with the subject “Security report”. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.
- We’ll acknowledge your report, keep you updated and let you know when it’s fixed.
- Please give us reasonable time to fix the issue before telling anyone else about it.
- Don’t access, change or delete data that isn’t yours. Don’t degrade the service or use social engineering, phishing or physical attacks.
- If you act in good faith and follow these guidelines, we will consider your research authorized, won’t pursue legal action against you, and will work with you to understand and resolve the issue.
