How print MIS software is usually priced, the questions worth asking any vendor before you sign, and exactly what InfusePrint costs.

How it’s usually priced
Common ways print MIS software is priced
Most quotes combine a few of these. Knowing which ones apply makes two prices comparable.
Per user
A monthly fee for each person who signs in. The bill grows as you add estimators, CSRs and operators.
Per module
A base price, with estimating, scheduling, shipping or reporting sold as add-ons.
Per press or site
The price depends on how much equipment or how many locations you run.
Setup and implementation
A one-time fee to configure the system, import your data and train your team.
Contract term
Some systems require an annual or multi-year agreement; others are month to month.
Hosting, storage and support
Sometimes included, sometimes billed separately.

| What comes over from my current system? | Your setup (customers, presses, stock, services and pricing) comes over during onboarding. Open jobs and job history from your old system don’t come over. |
| What happens to my data if I leave? | After you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it, then deleted from our live systems. |

How much does InfusePrint cost?
