# InfusePrint

> InfusePrint is a print MIS (print management information system) for commercial printers running sheetfed offset and digital cut-sheet presses. It prices every quote from a real imposition with true cost and profit per press-hour on each option, runs live production boards on shop TVs where operators tap Start and Complete, and lets customers approve proofs, track jobs with no login and reorder from their email. It syncs invoices both ways with QuickBooks Online. It connects to the most popular AI assistants, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok, through a read-only MCP connector, and has a documented REST API with scoped API keys for automation.

- Press setup: Each press runs a min–max sheet range or a set list of sizes; quotes only pick sheets the press can run, from your stocks’ registered cut sizes. In-line press coating (e.g. gloss aqueous) picked on the quote, with setup, area cost, make-ready time and coating plates (counted by work style) priced automatically. Per service, show its name under the stock on the press board (e.g. “Coating - Gloss UV 1-Side”) or tag the job PRESS CHECK so the pressman opens the ticket.
- Integrations: QuickBooks Online (two-way sync), UPS (live rates; label agents through the API) and Stripe card payments.
- Open API: InfusePrint has a documented REST API (an OpenAPI spec, available with your API key) and scoped API keys. Each key carries only the roles you pick, can expire, can be revoked instantly, and every change it makes is in the audit log. Admin-level keys can't be created, and every write needs an idempotency key, so a retry never makes a duplicate.
- AI: read-only connector built on the open Model Context Protocol (MCP); works with the most popular AI assistants, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok. Where each one supports it: Claude: Claude apps on the Free (one custom connector), Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans; ChatGPT: ChatGPT on the web, on Pro plans and on Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces (an admin adds it); Gemini: the Gemini app with a personal Google account in the US, set up on the web (not work or school accounts); Grok: Grok at grok.com (on Business and Enterprise, a team admin adds it first).
- Customer files: each shop connects its own cloud storage (e.g. Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3); no per-file or storage fees.
- Pricing: one flat monthly price per shop, with every feature included; not priced by users or presses. $1,000 per month per shop. Plus a $1,500 one-time onboarding fee, paid before setup starts: we send setup spreadsheets, one per area (presses, paper, services, customers, users and more), each with examples.
